Contiguous United States Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
  • A flat rate of $7.50 USD applies to orders under $100 USD.

Canada Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $55 USD (approximately $76 CAD).
  • A flat rate of $11.11 USD (approximately $16 CAD)* applies to orders under $55 USD.

Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically take around 2 weeks to arrive.

Holiday Shipping: Please be aware that shipping timelines may increase during holiday periods due to higher order volumes. We recommend placing orders early during these times to ensure timely delivery.

 

Refund & Returns

At Wise Harvest Freeze Dried Foods, we pride ourselves on the quality of our freeze-dried snacks. Because our products are perishable, consumable food items, we cannot accept returns for reasons of taste, preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: To qualify for a replacement or store credit, you must email us at admin@wiseharvestfreezedriedfoods.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a replacement item (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Exclusions: We cannot replace items damaged due to improper storage, heat exposure, or extended time left in mailboxes after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. After this period, the order is considered final.

Shipping Issues

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS), delivery becomes the carrier's responsibility. Wise Harvest Freeze Dried Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
